I eat & eat to stay slim

I've always been petite, but NOT always slim/slender, whatever way to put it.

I used to have bulgy-bloated tummy, flabs & love-handles. So I'm not always at my best.

This ain't the best yet, as I preferred my muscles to be more developed and toned.

I was sharing with friends that I eat many meals to stay slim.
And I always look in the mirror & tell myself that I won't have fat tummy.
Never! Will not! Must not!

Hahaha, aggressive man!

My ideal working-day meals timing (varies though):
7.30am: Breakfast (sometimes really heavy)
10am: Teabreak + coffee
1pm: Lunch
4pm: Teabreak
7pm: Dinner
And sometimes, or most times, I will still grab supper. A light one is preferred!
(Psst! I sometimes gorge during supper too)

I used to having images of me being a stick-man just before I was about to sleep. I don't know why!
Hence, that's when I start to do "Self Hypnosis".
My way!

I would always look at myself in the mirror & tell/admire myself how slim I am (not in the Narcissistic way!) & most importantly believing it.

If you're not already slim, of course you need to improvise your exercise regime & start learning what's the right food to eat.
NEVER go on a diet, cos it ain't gonna work!
Instead, indulge on healthy food.
Eat as much as you like as long as they are not junk.
Eating gives me energy.
I am a person who can't skip a meal as I will go all weak & lethargic

You can google for Hypnosis scripts, but some are totally rubbish I think.
Still, you can try.

You will be amazed with the power of the brain!

 So....Let's eat!!
