I have been trying this Q10 toner for quite some time since my Daiso shopping last month.
It does smells like the Q10 ampoule I used.
So far, it hasn't caused any sensitivity, except that it stings a little when my skin was peeling the last few days.
It hydrates the face, and believe me, I don't feel much difference as compared to other toners.
Meaning: I think it is not inferior to other normal brands.

I will give it a 5.5/10.
Not bcos it ain't any good. Just that I'm expecting a product that stands out among the rest.
However, this is definitely the BEST at its price.
