Last Thurs, I was so happy that i succeeded in merging 22,000 of data from excel into word & gave myself a few pats on my own shoulders.(yes, i really did that) *hur hur hur*
so happy...that i forgot a very minor, simple but yet something that cant be missed out!
address labels that i painstakingly merged & have it printed halfway before i realised that i had forgotten the word "singapore" before the postal code.
the thought of having to redo it is one thing, another issue is i'll be wasting company's resource.
left with no choice, i called up singpost to find out if they can mail those 22000 pcs of envelopes with the minor error.
the woman actually told me no! x_x
fortunately, she initiated to speak to her direct superior to see if she can help me on this.

to my greatest relief, after a few calls & emails exchange with Ms Shikin (manager i think), i finally got their agreement to exempt this mistake.
*phew*
Singpost does have good service afterall!
And i don't even mind when they say those mails will be slightly delayed due to the format error.
was definitely very glad that i didn't have to go through the tedious work again.
