I finally resumed my appetite after 2 weeks of pathetic eating. In my case.
I am definitely NOT known to be a small eater.
Does any one has a good method to have good posture while working in front of a computer?
The pain in my waist, shoulders & neck is killing me. I constantly have to remind myself to lean back, instead of craning my neck forward, which I always do unconsciously.
Am so dying for a great massage. Not one that makes me drift off to sleep, but, one that can make all my weak accupoints ache terribly with each press.
"No pain, no gain". That's what i ask for in a massage.
I may have too high expectations for a massage that i will praise, and bcos of that, maybe that's why i put in a lot of efforts when i massage others in the past.
Come to think of it, I may not have the strength anymore.
