im so furious that im trembling.

lychee's grandma & bro came to the shop straight after they came from msia, carrying alot of bags.

we were attending to 2 other customers as well. heard the fucking bitch came in & made a big fuss abt the PUNGENT food smell & the untidiness(dun blame her for this cos it's really messy). so watever we eat, she always commented it's PUNGENT.
only her food is suitable for human? only her food smells nice? fucking inhuman!

demanded to know who were they(clients & lychee's grandma & bro) & failed at realising her voice is damn loud. i really think she was bloody rude!
opened a beauty salon want to earn $$$ but expect us to prioritize her over customers.

even though she never said anything, we all know that she open this damn shop for herself.

told lychee she will come in at 2pm for her treatment so we rushed thru treatments & lunch. changed her appt to 5pm but she came only at 5.30pm. (ASS we close at 6!)

came in & started raising her voice abt the pungent smell incident.
told me to walk to the market to get her some tube bras for her to use when she's doing slimming. i asked if it's not urgent, could we buy tml instead? that's bcos all along she has one tube bra in the shop. she started yelling saying we're inefficient. cant do anything. why is it so hard to jus walk to the market & it's not jurong.
come on! who the hell knows she brought the tube bra home?!
i asked rite? i did not say i'll not go & buy! she cant even communicate! only know how to yell like 1 old granny.

since she's barking like a mad bulldog, i did not try to be gentle too! go ahead & complain! i know she 100% will.
i told her she was rude to make a din when my customers were ard; i commented sarcastically that she has a fucking attitude too.
cant be professional like a real big boss.
to think that she owns a property biz & a few others. that's how she communicates?

or is she painfully faking to be nice & kind all the other while, to everybody?
i guess it must be.

the other day i happened to come across a photo of her & her husband posted by one of their agent/associate. captioned with the pic was : "one of the most nice & kind-hearted couple i know."

WAT JOKE?!?

did he mean kind-hearted man? im sure it's not couple! all along i nv find the old bitch to be nice nor kind-hearted!

terrible mistake. and i almost commented on the photo to ask if he was kidding.
